Dodge t3 Flange
Bought a t3 turbo off ebay thinking the flange was the normal t3 flange, well come to find out its actually a dodge t3 flange from like a daytona or something...
well anyway I bought a HF manifold as well as a t3 to HF mani from BMC all to find out that all the stuff doesnt even line up.
So Im wondering if anyone has ideas on how to fab it all up or even know?

Re: Dodge t3 Flange
yeah theres no adaptor plates for em, someone on another forum was saying line everything up and then just weld it..dunno if that'd work...plus some of the bolts for the HF go into the turbo (run into the flange)

you have to grind the turbine housing and drill 2 new holes I'm pretty sure.

Re: Dodge t3 Flange
Thats the least of your problems though. You also need to make a new 5-bolt flange for the outlet. Its not the same as a mercedes or ford/svo style. Its tighter than ----, and won't allow for much beyond a 2" dp, unless you don't mind running w/o 1 or 2 bolts. The turbo will bolt up fine to a volvo or saab housing, assuming its the .48 t3 that you find.

Re: Dodge t3 Flange
ask bmc nicely I have a feeling he sold these plates and still can make them. He has made a bunch that arent on his site. Itll proably cost ya a couple bucks more for his time but be nice and have a nice bolt on affair.
