Default dodge daytona TE04H

I was given this turbo by a friend . It is from a dodge daytona. I have some knowledge of turbos and figure this is the perfect opportunity to continue. The turbo came from a running car and burns no oil. The shaft spins freely and has no play. when i move the wastegate actuator i hear the diaphram move so i assume its good. the turbo seems to be mounted on top of the manifold so i assume it will need to be rotated, but before i make plans for this turbo, i would like to know if anyone knows if it is any good for a honda motor 1.6 or 1.8 liter or is it too small or inefficient for a junkyard turbo.

thanx

It would make a great street turbo for a honda. Same sized turbo the WRX uses ( smae size, but different, kinda ).

Yeah man, that turbo come off of a 2.2 liter engine, so you shouldn't have any problems. First car I ever owned was an '86 Daytona Turbo Z. It was an automatic and a pretty heavy car, but the damn thing moved really good...if I had that turbo I'd give it a try...
