do you think my 300+whp goal is obtainable? info inside
heres my setup:
D16Z6
Stock sleeves, stock head and block
SRP 9.5:1's (.020 over)
TT Rods
ARP Headstuds
ACL bearings
Cometic head gasket .074 thickness
.63/60 T3 super 60 turbo
kinda small xs intercooler
Hks Bov
2.5" charge piping
B series T/B 60mm
dsm 450's
2.5" d/p & exhaust
DIY TT's log manifold
good chrome tune from leed
all I need is machine work and assemble it and its done, I was just woundering what you guys think, is 300whp possible and reliable? I'd like to get the c/r lower but I cant get it much lower without using a even thicker head gasket, and when do those super 60's become inefficient on a 1.6L? I was planning on running around 12psi till I get a 3bar map. also when do the sleeves start cracking? I know dave is good at tuning, but I need to get realistic. they are stock sleeves Thanks for any help
