thx for clearing that up, now how much meth/water is too much? i have been looking and found a site with some temp. charts and it seemed that the earlier you start the best because 1 u can run more timing (not exactly what ill be doing untuned lol) but also it keeps the temp cool for when you really need it But i havent found how much is too much also what do you think about using a stock injector ?

I don't know how much is too much. I know the premade kits use a very small nozzle. Too much will cause some misfiring. It's something you really need to play with on the dyno.

I've got a "coolingmist vari cool II" system on my car. It has: a 150 psi pump to really atomize the mix. A controller that will come on based on...whatever, in my case boost pressure, The controller will also allow me to make the spray increase gradually with the boost pressure, and max out at my max boost. I use a 50/50 mix of water/meth.
Here are pic's of the container w/ 150psi pump, the nozzel going into the charge pipe, the controller:

You can use boost to inject w/m if it runs through a 2 stage piston to increae pressure at the cost of travel, like a suringe. A fmu in a return style meth setup will work too.

Where are you thinking of mounting the injector?

injectors are made to run at 80% duty cycle. more than that could ruin it, but i bet you will get a good while before it fails
