discoloration on turbo wheel

discoloration on turbo wheel

Was wondering if anyone knows about what this means. There is also a fin on the exhaust side that is discolored to.

Black is normal and I wouldn't worry too much about it. You could clean it up with a wire bruch and some carb cleaner or something.

dont worry about it.. just leave it..

exhaust wheel might be brown also...

turbine wheel prolly black if its an old turbo, dont worry thats fine.

all the fins are brown/black except for half of one. Its all nice and shinny like it got heated up or something.
