A couple vids of the BOV BLAAST is talkin about.
They seem like an awesome company. But because of the quality its gonna be pricey.

I tried to BUY one of these BOV's, managed to talk to the maker of them but my order never got through....
Then, I eared form a local partner that the bov simply doesn't work.
I was also given to see Their nice CNC manifold (the S2000 one) and after a few weeks of use, in between each runner there was a huge crack, sign that even a piece of CNC steel is not immune to thermocycling.
