I have a t-25 turbo that im using to build my turbo set up on my wrangler, my question is there a difference between the two oil holes, does one have to be an oil feed and the other an oil drain? can i feed the oil into the drain side and drain it out the feed side?

I can't understand why you would want to do this. Is there something in particular your wanting to do? Just curious...

the way the turbo is currently clocked the drain will sit upwards and the feed will sit downwards with the set up i am workin on, the turbo will be mounted where my a/c should be and the exhaust will be feeding the exhaust housing from below it, so i was wondering if i would have to re clock it 180deg so the feed is at the top and the drain is at the bottom

just clock it so the feed is on the top and the drain is on the bottom, if you cant do it take ti to a local diesel shop.
and the feed and return cant be switched, the feed delivers pressurized oil to the bearing. feeding pressurized oil into the drain would give the seals pressurized oil.

yea i can do that, ill just take both the exhaust and compressor housings off and rotate the center section 180 shouldnt be too hard
