difference between 450cc dsm injectors

difference between 450cc dsm injectors
besides black top(2nd gen)/blue top(1st gen).
I'm running a d15b VTEC in my 89 hatch and I'm in the process of collecting parts and going boost. I was reading about the injectors and I am wondering about the "resistor box". I know when I convert from DPFI to MPFI I had to use a resistor box with the conversion. Do I just wire the 450 injectors to the honda resistor box?
