i know, i know, i saw this post here or hondatech but could not find it anymore...searched already too-
anyways how can you test them to see if they are working right

 

get a hand pump or hook wastegate to a compressor and see what psi it starts to move,for bov hook it to a vacuum line on your intake manifold, rev the engine, when you left of the throtle you should be able to see the bov open up and then close when it starts to idle.
