lol....geez thanks guys for the support. Looks like the tial is a bolt-on replacement for the deltagate flange. Anyone wanna sell a wastegate??....any takers?...i could use one

Let me just ask this, how do you have your Vac lines hooked up? If they are hooked to the wrong nipple then you are going to have to much boost. Side nipple so compressor housing, top nipple to boost controller.

I had no problems whatsoever out of my deltagate, worked great from day 1 with no issues. the only reason i got rid of it, it wouldnt fit my new manifold, other than that i'd still have it.

do any of you know if the tial wastegate's valve seals/seats with itself, or do you need to use their special flange with the valve seat bushing? basically, when you look at the bottom of a tial wastegate is there an air gap around the valve?

Oh i wouldnt hook it up if i didnt know how it was done. Yeah side is to the compressor housing now.....was to the manifold but switched to see if there was any difference. Took wastegate apart i think the diaphragm is leaking. Oh well.....time for another one
