Nice poopra.
230 on a Z6 is completely acceptable, they are by far the most robust D-series.
Heady tuners would tell you that with even a half-assed water injection set-up you can see 255wtq on stock everything, but that's few and far between simply because not that many people know what they're doing.
Z6 is solid, 12psi daily with a good tune is very doable. Throw in some homemade suspension limiters and traction bars, as well as some slicks, and enjoy running faster than your poopra.

Might want to go with head studs and a good head gasket just for a bigger margin for error, at that pressure level the top end timing is going to have to be really dialed in to avoid turning the rods into pretzels.
They are literally the width of your index finger, (about 1/2" if you have monster hands :P)
