I currently own a 92 eg civic 4dr with a dual cam jdm zc turbo. i just came across a d16z6 for 25 dollars! i wanted to know how much boost these can handle stock.

pistons, 10-15 depending on condition turbo and tune.

rods? 300hp

block? 400 or so.

the motor has to be rebuilt guy said it had almost 300,000 so thats a must turbo is about 2 weeks and tune was done by xenocron

From what I've read, 250whp with stock rods and pistons should be about the max you should push. If you rebuild the motor, a cheap set of Vitara pistons combined with a set of SCATT/Eagle rods can hold 400+ whp with the stock sleeve. You will need a very good tune for longevity.
