I have K03 on a 1.5EDM that is d15z6 vtec and I have boost from 2000+ but full boost is over 4000. I am runing around 13psi and the car rips hard.

 

Are you running a "stock" engine? What do you have done to it? I have the same turbo and don't think my engine(D16Z6) is capable of handling more then 8psi!

K03's are small. I heard of a couple guys sneaking them into jail. I bet a stock z6 could run 16psi on a K03 easy, if the turbo could keep up with the motor that is.

 

Alright, all bullshit aside, could i increase my boost to like 15psi and not grenade the engine A good friend of mine has an Audi 1.8t with this exact same stock turbo and he's running it at 18psi!!!
Seriously, could i increase my psi without any carnage

 

why increase boost, just take of the vac. line from your WG

 

I'm using the stock internal WG, what to doUnplug the vac line? maybe i'll try it tomorrow.

im a noob....and i know that a wastegate wont work with out a vac line!!!! because then it cant register anything....and since wg's neutral state is close....u are goin to make a bomb!!!!
