hello i have a 99' honda civic dx (d16y7) stock I'm kind of new in this ..... I love turbo ..........i wana make my car turbo my goal is to get around 250-300 hp/tq has anyone done this before? any ideas on turbo setups? will i have to make some changes on the engine?

search the forums. That is easy to do with minimal $ now a days. Everything from cheap ebay kits, afc hack, to high power brand name kits. 200+ is an easy target. With the amount of info on this site...you should be on your way researching.
