how much boost/HP can stock d16a6 sleeves handle?

i think they will grenade at about 350 hp. try it and take pictures. i have no clue on boost level

im planning on running LS rods and aftermarket pistons and im guessing the next weak spot will be the sleeves. any help will be appreciated.

You could post your slaves (check out homemadeturbo projects) or you can buy a slave guard for 1oo bucks and install it that should give you some insurance for your slaves..

even still i think the ls rods will go b4 the sleeves.. how much boost are u planning to run?

usually the rods go and blow through the sleeves, ls rods wont take much more than stock rods. maybe 75 hp more, i would still say the rods will go first.
