ok i've done some research on doing the check valve/map sensor crap and still dont understand how to do it. does anybody here have any pictures of their d15b7. i dont follow instructions that well so i need pictures really bad.
help!!!

 

is your map sensor on the firewall? just cut the line to it, put in a vacuum tee/tree and put the check valve on the open end, making sure it allows air out but not in (if you were to blow on it). repeat this until you no longer get a cel from boost.

 

im starting to think that i dont know what the map sensor is...is it a small black box on my throttle body hold down by two small bolts? it says senor-map on it so im guessing it is. it doesnt have any place where i can stick a vacuum line into. theres just a bunch of wires coming out of one side

 

well if its says map sensor then thats it ...go get a missink link if its mounted on your tb. are you using an fmu?

 

i have a BBK FMU but its not on yet. missing link? how much are those?
