Im Turboing the same engine as you as of now. Just keep reading around and learning about tuning and the engine setups and ----. Thats the best you can. I found out that no one is just gonna hand you a setup. You could aways get some aftermarket rods to halp you get a little more HP but then othere things will start to break. I had the same HP goals as you when i first got my turbo. So for now im just gonna run my d15 on like 5 pounds. I went ahead a picked up a d16 motor from some kid for $100. when i save up some money im gonna build that motor up and then maybe i can reach around 250-260 HP. But just keep reasearching everything. Leqarn as much as you can about turboing it first. It makes everything a little easier.

The only d15 rods available for about 600 from Crower I believe. Just boost it, blow it, and learn from your mistakes and your next setup will be better. B2's are only good for blowing up.

People are pussies, honda pistons are dinky as well, mixed with the shorter stroke a b2 does fine with an uberdata tune and a wideband at 7 psi. If you can tune it you can see double digit psi on a 14b with high compression and over 200 whp....i've seen it

i have a d15b2 at 7 psi, no problem. but you're not going to make 250 hp

Where I work, we rebuild engines. Lot and lots of engines. I base part of my engine judgements on what breaks on an engine when it comes in either as a warranty or a core. The ONLY engine that FREQUENTLY has a problem with broken CRANKSHAFTS is the D15B2. I recommend you do what everyone says, blow the ---- out of it (on video) while attempting 250hp, and get a bigger one next time.
