Default d15b2 with ct26 turbo, have boost problems

We just got done building a manifold for the ct26 and got it all put together, but the car seems to be slower than stock. Im not sure if the boost gauge is hook up right, if it is were getting no boost. You can here the turbo spooling and there is no play in the shaft. Can anyone give me any suggestions.

im about 95% sure there is not a leak in the charge pipes. This is the thing about his civic, is dual point injection. right its stock fuel and timing setup, We are trying to make some boost before messing with the timing., The turbo is wastegated for 8psi.
Im lost on this one, this did not happen when i turboed my cars, could we be loosing boost on the pressure side of the turbo, or what?

I'm guessing its internally gated? it could be stuck open or the flapper shaft bent..

Might want to take care of the whole fuel and timing situation. Stock Honda ECU's also don't like boost...You've got a whole can of worms right there, get it set up right!

Take some pics of the aftermath and make sure you've got your AAA card on ya.

We have a boost gauge, thats not the problem, the problem is not making boost. Ive checked the wastegate it opens and closes fine, everything checks out fine, but still no boost, if anybody knows anything that could be causing a problem like this let me know
