d15 turbo help

Default d15 turbo help

so i just bought a 95 civic hatch it came with a t25 turbo hf manifold intercooler blow off valve and 450 injectors the only thing is i dont know what to do for engin management or how much boost it can take the motor is a d15 b8 any help would be great

1st off, youre a noobie, and you WILL get flamed. you need to search ALOT before you make threads like this. im feeling nice today so i'll give you a straight answer.

ditch the d15b8 head and get a b7. the b8 intake manifold is useless. d15s are usually good to about 190 whp without a vtec head, but it will take to much boost on that t25 for it to be safe. run 9 psi, and whatever power it makes, be happy with it.

use a chipped ecu for fuel management. there are tone of basemaps available to get you started. just make sure u get at least a street tune, blown motors are only fun when the motor isnt yours.
