Default Custom Log Manifold, Where to Exit T3

I'm welding up my custom B series log manifold tomorrow and I'm a little confused as to where to put the T3 exit flange. I already know that I'm going to have to have it at a 45 degree angle for wastegate clearance (internal) and so there is gravity for the oil return. But I'm not sure if I should put it inline with the second runner or centered on the log?

It depends on how your turbo fits up. Do a mock-up to determine the best orientation. I put mine on the right between the #1 & 2 cylinders. "Turbohf" put his on the left between the #3 & 4 cylinders.

I asked this same question on a different message board and they said if you're not keeping A/C to just center it, so between 2 and 3.

you can put it where ever it fits and works for you.. the location is not important.

performance wise the center would be best.. you want all the runners to have equal length for equal backpressure, the center will balance them out the best. if your keeping ac then you want it as far away from the ac compressor as possible. those compessors don't like extra heat.
