Default Custom Intercooler Setup on my Porsche, some questions... Pics

I'm working on a custom air to water intercooler set up. I have a 12 volt pump, a resevoir and radiator that I still have to install but these are the pics so far. I have a couple of "noob" questions because I've never done a a/w setup.

Can the pump lay down flat or does it have to be upright?

http://www.northerntool.com/images/p.../450774_lg.jpg this is the pump I'm using

Then the next thing is, the pump is a 3.3 gpm pump I'm assuming the pump is going to be powerful enough to keep pressure all the way through the radiator and back up to the resevoir.

Any tips on how to wire the pump, it can run dry without harm, it has a power wire and a ground wire and thats it. I'm thinking just run a fused wire through a switch to the battery and leave it at that, and just remember to turn in on and off.. maybe use an ignition wire.

Yeah, as long as the pump is submersed I don't think it gives a ---- what position it's in.

Just like dirty ***** don't care what position they're in as long as you pay.

front engine turbo? What model is that? 928?

unless that is a drag car, you should use an air/air instead. Im not knocking you, just a suggestion.

where is the turbo anyway? wtf is the filter attached to?

924 turbo aka 931

Its not a drag car, but there really is no room for an air/air so this is the next best thing, if not better.. Its completely closed loop with the resevoir and everything so its not like I'm gonna be driving around needing dry ice or anything.

The air filter is just a cheapo from advance auto parts, it fit, so I used it.

I will post some more pics soon.
