Custom Intake Manifold Drawing
So I'm working on a custom intake manifold for my acura cls and my friend's civic si. Does anyone know how to find the hole dimensions and bolt locations without tearing all the junk of my block to get to the mani? I've been looking for a part drawing or schematic that for the stock manifold but I can't seem to find anything. Am I stuck with taking off the mani and tracing the correct size and dimensions?

Step 4 - Fuel Rail fabrication.
There is a way to get measurements. A good idea would be to go to the junkyard and find a manifold. They are typically only $15. You could also check ebay. Is that a B series engine? Whatever it is, you could find something like this http://tunertools.com/prodimages/Hon...18C5_large.jpg take two or three really good measurements and exrapolate out to scale. That would be much more work than taking yoru manifold apart and tracing it. |
