Default ct26 turbo for a JDM d15b

i tried a search but i guess when the website went down it ruined the search feature.
i found a good deal on a CT26 turbo and intercooler from a supra and i was just wondering what everyone thought of that turbo and intercooler on my engine. right now i have a tdo4 from a 3000gt and no intercooler. its a lot of fun but i think that small of a turbo is choking things quite a bit. im sure just adding an intercooler to my setup would make a big difference too. it looks quite a bit bigger in the pic than my turbo but it doesnt look too big. either way i should be able to pic it up for $100 so i think its a win win situation either way

If it's a ct26 from a supra (as you said) then it's a pretty solid turbo. Good size for a d15b I'd say. I ------ hate 9bs (what you have) they're about the size of a shi tzu's pile of ----, and they have no potential at all.

Get the ct26, find a manifold or adapter plate for it, throw on the supra ic, and you WILL be MUCH happier. Trust me there.

If the turbo and ic are in fairly good condition, it's a very good deal.

the ct26 comes on mk3 supras (i have one) and on 2nd gen mr2 turbos and celica all-tracs if you put it on and don't like it or it lags to much for your taste swap the hot side of the turbo for one off the mr2 or celica

what engine did you have the turbo on? i am gonna use a log manifold, what rpm do you think i will see 10psi? do you think this turbo would limit me to much when i finally get around to building a b18?
