I've tuned a variety of cars with this turbo. H22 spooled around 3000 with a log style manifold. B20 spooled around 4000 and LS spooled around 4500. I think the B16 I did also spooled around the same but I can't remember for sure.

I think the CT26 is an ok junkyard turbo but it's an old design and doesn't seem to perform that well. For comparison sake, a T3/T04E 57 trim 0.63 stg1 on an H22 spooled around the same place but took about 35% more fuel (more power). DSM 450 injectors were maxed at only 5-6PSI.
