Default CRX-T v2.0

Its been a while since I've had a turbo in my car. You can search my previous setup. Pretty basic HMT kit that consisted of Starion IC, HF mani, 14b yada yada pretty typical stuff. Went a lil different route this time.

89 CRX si
A6/Z6 mini-me
Holset H1C
Bullseyepower SS turbine housing
made my own log manifold
all McMasterCarr oil lines
.055 oil restrictor
45 degree steel bung welded to pan
half radiator
31x9x3 ebay IC
3" DP
3" exhaust
2 dynomax race mufflers
-car sounds deep, a lil loud. gonna put a 3in turbo muffler when it warms up and i have time
2.5" cold side pipes
2.25" hot side pipes
XSpower external wastegate
ebay RFL
MBC
all radiator hose or silicone couplers
all t bolted
OBD0 w/ TurboEdit
460cc RX7 injectors
Ostrich
slipping pepboys clutch
rollin on winter tires

Currently on 7psi because tune isn't quite finished and the clutch wouldn't hold it anyway :P

I easily made 10psi before 4k.... BEP housing + Holset = big *** turbo with no lag

If you made the manifold..why didn't you put the wg on the manifold instead of that tiny stock stock opening? Everything else looks nice besides that.

stillnoturbo, you can port the ---- out of the wastegate opening and blend the transition quite a lot and it won't creep. I saw an Evo with a GT35R that had the high-dollar version of that wastegate design, it worked pretty well.

Looks great, 1 question, is that BEP housing for the hx35? Can they swapped? Thanks and once again, the car looks fresh.

JD got it covered. Also it really simplifies plumbing of the dump. No porting yet and it holds boost rock solid.

Yep. BEP for the HX35 which fits the H1C. If you are remotely interested in Holset turbos I highly suggest reading the 60+ page thread on HT. There is a lot of jabbering in the thread but also lots of great links.
