What are you planning to use to cut the holes for the 2 middle runners? I know most people use a hole saw in a drill press, but yours is contoured. Just wondering if you have access to a plasma cutter, or if you're doing it another way. I'm going to be making mine pretty soon as well.

They are weld el's from McMaster Carr. The straight sections I picked up from a local resturaunt supply house. I just cut out the rought shape and started tweaking them untill they fit. To cut the holes in the center I used a plasma cutter. Quick and dirty and just used a die grinder to clean them up a bit. I will post up pic's of all of the parts when I am done.
I actually based mine off a manifold I saw on HT a long time ago. I noticed that Shitbird has one very similar. It is very easy to build.
As for the parts, I designed both flanges in CAD and took them to my shop and had them cut on a High Def Burn Table. I do believe that BMC does sell both of these flanges.
Thanks for all of the compliments. Next up is the downpipe and chargepipe fabrication.
