Well I looked at my injectors today to start putting them into my intake manifold and I see this. Will this effect me? Also on the howto is it necessary to get the raised seals, will modifying the stock ones make the injectors too low in the runner?

 

pull that plastic piece off its only to protect the needle if you drop it. so dont drop it.

about the rail i believe u can bore stock ones and they sit fine.
