ive been welding 12-14 hrs a day to get caught up.

Even without the depression stuff, I was informing you from Day One that I think you trying to be a single proprietorship + inhouse fabrication was a good way to ---- yourself. You *have my organisational abilities, or complete lack thereof*. I have seriously jewed HMT members in the past over my inability to stay organised, and so have you. If we all look closely at how behind you are on manifolds... we can all see where they started to pile up *WAY ------- BEFORE* any personal crisis manifested. Frankly, the manifold backlog combined with your personal stuff is a double whammy that got you where you are now depression-wise.

If you clean up this manifold bullshit, and want to keep cranking them out, I sincerely advise you to make them beforehand instead of taking orders. If you have to take custom fab requests, quote very long times and don't do more than 4-5 concurrently. Anything else and you're going to ---- yourself and everyone else at the same time.

The difference between me + you, Josh, is I know better than to try to be an output machine. I talk to people a couple times before they tune their car, I let them know I have the attention span of a gnat, and I instruct them in how to deal with me. My #1 step in tuning success is *I do not advertise* as that's how things spiral out of control for me... you'd be best off making manifolds beforehand, then eBaying them.
