Couple things I built/worked on today

Well I'm down to 1 piece left before I boost my car again.

The only thing left is the intercooler, which I will probably pick up saturday.

Anyways, in the meantime I have been getting some stuff ready to go to work on this.

First, my BOV was promised to show up with a flange, and it did not, so I took 20 mins today at work and a piece of 3/16" steel and made a flange with the help of some punch presses, shears and a belt sander. Came out pretty good for quick ass work (lunch was almost over :/)

Anyways here's the flange.

Here is it mounted to the BOV

Next, the stock dsm elbow off of the compressor outlet normally points back toward the passenger side and kind of back, which aims it directly into the HF mani, so I cut that apart, smoothed it out, and will aim it where I want it and weld it back up

Also got some o2 bungs to add to my downpipe I have been working on, and have some elbows on the way to make the dumptube

that mani is what inspired me to build this setup. picked it up with the turbo and adapter all in 1 piece for $100.
