Default compression

which compresson would be better for my y8 10:5:1 or 9:0:1....... going to be pushing about 250 300 whp..

more details, what rods/pistons? assuming you are using a metal HG/ARP?

I would go for high compression, but thats just my personal preference.. better for the street IMO..

probly gona go with eagle rods....... haven't decided on pistons.... i head some where that higher compression would help the turbo spool faster?

higher compression will have better low head response, and yes the turbo will spool faster. However, it will be more prone to detonation.

With proper tuning you'll be fine either way. For most people, the 9.0:1 is a better choice for FI
