Default Colder plugs?

I have Denso Iridium plugs right now.. are these better for boost than the oem NGK's?

i've seen power gains with just those alone. my friend works @ NGK here in Irvine,ca and he does test on all kinds of plugs. but most power gains is from TURBO cars only. not much happening on N/A motors. but they are very brittle. they break soooo easily. you dont want to try gapping them with that gay ring type gapper.

I accidently tried to gap my denso iridiums and they broke. They werent even all gapped correctly in the first place!!!! I got some 1 step colder NGK's and they work fine.

Dyno test the "big money" plugs gained 4whp, but then they swapped in some fresh "beater" plugs and made the same power...

If you have a car that takes 6-hours to change the plugs ( 93+ camaros, 300zx, stealth TT ( have to remove the upper intake !!! ), then the bigg money plugs maybe worth it since they will last longer, BUT for something that takes 5 minutes to do, I'd stick with cheapest NGKs... That just me...
