Default Clutch Options

Okay, my current clutch is already slipping and with a turbo in 2 weeks it wont be good. I wanted a 6 puck or stage 2 but I cant afford them. So would a new stocker hold out for a while. I can get one for the third of the price as a Centerforce or ACT and it has a 3 year EVERYTHING is covered warrenty. So if I burn it out in 2 months new clutch no cost!

Or I can get a clutch net disc and use a Stock Pressure plate?

your answer is NO. a new stock clutch will not hold boost.. also i'm pretty sure the warranties don't go for non-stock boosted cars. they will pretty much know once it goes out in 2 months or sooner. but if it says that in the warranty then its up to you... i'd rather save for a better clutch, its a lot more money but a thousand times more reliable!

DOHC ZC and will be running 6-8 psi. Yes the warrenty will cover, I asked the parts manager, he knows what I'm doing and he laughed and said that I could get away with it. I dont have $400 to drop on a clutch. I have to pay for school!

Just get one from Mike in classifieds. (At the top) Worth not having to do a clutch swap a million times.

To me 385 is 508.20 CAN funds. Plus about another 50-60 for shipping and handling and duties! OUCH!!!! every one from Mike would be 343.20 CAN plus all the duties again. I cant afford that. Which suck. My stocker just started letting go about 2 weeks ago. I was hoping to hold onto it for a while. Egay Doesn't have any upgraded clutches for my tranny/flywheel.
