am pretty confused with my clutch pedal i adjusted it so it can closer to the floor but it looks like by me tighting the clutch cable what i did is make the clutch higher and not closer to the floor of the car so to make it closer to the floor is it making it tighter or loosing it

 

if you want it to release higher toward the sterring wheel you tighten the cable if you want to get it lower towards the floor you loosen the cable.
