Default balancing turbos?

I have a .60/.48 T3 from a T-bird and the compressor wheel was messed up so i bought a center housing from a member on here.

my question is, how do i go about changing the wheel? do i have to get it sent off to get balanced, or what?

if u buy a new wheel, it needs to be sent in and balanced..
might not be worth the money..
