Default Closed Deck Block

I have a closed deck D16 and i plan on adding forged rods and pistons. I wanted to know how much boost could a bottom end like this hold? Estimate

Well, i'm not the one who did it, i bought it from a guy i know he never used it and needed to get rid of it. It is sleeved and closed in with metal. I basically looks like an H23 block with closed deck.
