DO you have a picture of that turbo you could post? And you wouldn't happen to know the A.R of the turbo would you?

That seems a little big if you ask me.It will boost, but way at the top end.If i were you I would put that thing on ebay and with the money you make off it get a 42/48 t3.If you have a junk yard near by try to find a t3 off a 80s model Saab 900 or anny 80s Volvo. Those are perfect for a d16.

i would stay away from the B&M FPR, it makes my fuel pressure bounce at 45psi no matter what is going on.

I think the turbo is a good size, but I didn't see any way of manageing those injectors.

your going to need a vafc or something of the like. Go with a 42/48 turbo as they said, you can keep that manifold and make good top end with not a great deal of lag

All that other stuff is worthless unless you have something to control the injectors. You can't run boost without it. Until you get the Hondata installed with some large injectors, you can't run boost. I'm not sure if you know this already. It sounded like you were planning on running boost with just a pump and a fuel rail. Just making sure you are on the right track, but it sounds like you might be with the Hondata.
