Default Chopper turbo build

Hello, I have a 2004 big bear venom chopper with a 107 S&S super sidewinder engine. Im looking to do a homemade turbo build on it, Any thoughts or ideas on this?? How much it will cost, what and where to get for a turbo size of blow off valve etc etc . Help is appreciated.

should be a fun build. i would stick with a small turbo like a t25 since your v twin revs low. a lot of people swear by greddy bov but i just cant justify 300.00 for a bov so there are many other cheaper options. whatever you do dont skimp on the turbo or the tune. good luck and post pics.

I read up about the T25 and I like the sounds of it, Another concern is what size piping should i be running from the turbo to the intercooler to the intake

2 inch piping should be fine. are you going to convert it to fuel injection? if your running less that 6 lbs of boost i wouldnt bother intercooling it. not worth the extra money and fabrication.

Im leaving it Carb on. Im not sure what im going to run for boost just yet, whatever it will handle. Im running a shorty G S&S carb, any idea if it can be modified for blowthrough??

Also any know if a fuel pump is going to be needed or is the gravity fed going to do the trick?
