Check My eventual Setup..
I just figured I would post up my planned set-up and see what you guys think. I'm not asking for an e-dyno or anything. Just wondering if you guys think i should do something else or did anything wrong.
91CivicSi
A6block/z6head
vitara pistons
custom rods
16g or big16g turbo on 20lbs
32mm wastegate (that might be too small but can't find a write up on determining bov size)
Not sure yet what blow off valve or how to figure it out
Y8 intake mani with 680cc injectors
3" cat back from high flow cat
Thinking stage 2 clutch and lightweigh flywheel
A Good tune
Colder spark
New fuel pump (not sure which one)
Intercooler
2.5" charge piping
I think thats it.

Re: Check My Setup..
What sort of power are you looking for? No need for things like 680cc's with a 16g at 20psi. You wont max 450's with that turbo at that level. Also, you probably wont see 300 with that turbo, so to reiterate my point...

That web site has compressor maps that show the turbos (16g and big 16g both) have enough flow to support over 300hp

I used this site which said I would need 492.19cc's so i don't see how the 450's would be good?
