Hi!

I'd like to buy a cheap EGT kit for checking exhaust gas temp when tuning and found a very cheap one on ebay:

What do you think, is it worth 89USD or it is completely useless? (I know this low cost gauge won't show correct temps, but i need this for reference only when changing timing)

Shipping is $24!!! Do the math. $90+$24= you can get an Autometer for $15 more and know it works.

 

Probe is not included in Autometer prices for 100USD or less. Autometer that includes probe kit is around 120-125USD (that is 30-35USD more).

But i rather save for an Autometer then. As you suggested.
