I have also used paint to help stick the couplers to the pipes, the key is to do it when its still wet

beads and t-bolts are a must when going over 20+ psi.

 

I had an insane trouble getting my aluminum pipes to hold 15psi

First I tried to regular clamps on every connection, still didnt work, then I tried hairspray, didnt work, so I took all my piping off and took a pair of vice grips and kind of flared out the ends of every pipe

Hasnt popped since

but I did manage to pop a hole in the side of a 90* coupler, just ------- blew right threw it
