running it to a catch can still catch a lil something. when under load the valve cover is sometimes pressurized. better to have it catch what it can then nothin at all n let it blow all over ur ----... it'll be fine but not as affective. why not create a preturbo pipe? but honestly i dont think u need to.

checkvalve is a one way valve. lets air flow one way, and not the other

don't forget about your pcv valve. thats your main concern when it comes to the pcv system, not just the valve cover nipple. pull out the pcv valve, rip out the guts, stick it back in. then run a line from it to the catch can then be sure to cap off the nipple on the im OR run it with a check valve to the catch can.

I totally removed my PCV system. I have two nipples on my vc (one was there, the other was from the old PCV valve). I have one with a breather, and one to a catch can.

its a werid black think on ur intake manifold kinda down in there tho, not up top where its all visible. i think what there trying to say is do it like this

disconnect the vaccume line going from the intake mani to the pcv valve n block it off on the intake mani cuz ur not gonna be hookin that back up anymore, then either clear out the pcv or get rid of it and run that line to the catch tank, then from the catch tank to pre-turbo. or can you run that back to the vaccume source? man im ------ confused. haha. am i right or thank god mine aint so complicated.

I don't have a spot for it since it's on the stock intake pipe and my IC piping doesn't have it soooooo......I'm doing this. VC-->Catch can-->Preturbo. That's it. 1 line in, 1 line out. Simple, I think. LOL.

You know we're all gonna get this eventually and be like "Ohhhhhhhh yeaaaaaaaa, I get ya!! Well, I already said that!!" LOL.

i did mine like this:

gutted stock PCV valve comin out of the black box on the back of you motor-> a saab turbo T (just a T)

one side of the T goes to the catch can

one side of the T goes to a check valve, which then goes to the intake mani.

the other hose off the catch can i have a hose going to my pre turbo intake.

and i just plugged the PCV nipple on the intake mani.

heres a pic of the saab T and check valve:
