Default CAR HAS PROBLEM!!!PLEASE HELP!!

ok well i had my kit running reeeeeeeeeal good for a week now, its a ls turbo, stock internals, with a garet t3 turbo, xs power wg, tuner toys 440cc's, greddy bov and so on, today i changed my headgasket, and put in arp headstuds, as i was finishing i had to reset the timing. now i started the car and it sputters, and my vaccum is at 14, used to be at 20. and the car is runing like ----! give it gas it goes no where, have to rev it up to 4k rmp to make it move, and wen i floor it, it goes so slow until boost kicks in. all my vacuum lnes seem fine. would a vaccuum leak make a car run like that, and if so where can it be from? i got my bov, guage, and 3bar map senseor to the intake manifold and the vacuum source from turbo to wastegate. neva had a problem b4 the headgasket was changed! please help!

Yup, dude, your timing is way off.

Fix it, or you'll rape your engine
