To be fair, the first person I went to get tuned from DID write the book, lol. He's one of he authors of the SCT tuning manual that all SCT dealers and tuners use.

I do. PM me. Lots of ford stuff, sct, diablosport, street and dyno tuning.

Eshaw-
did you ever get any of the tune stuff I asked you about? I'm assuming sct was used, can you get the mtf file?

And just try the ------- plug gap. It costs nothing, has the potential to fix the problem, has a history of fixing smilar problems, and if its running like ---- you should at least look at the cocksuckers. Maybe one got cracked on install, naybe you got a bad one, maybe the gap is closed ect. Point is, basic logic owns your ass in this argument.

Well I told all you fuckers that it wasn't the plug gap. Like I stated earlier, I changed the gap from .028 to .025, and it didn't fix the problem. I was even told by most of the people in the Focus tuning community to change the gap back to .028 or even .030-0.35 since that's where it's supposed to be. I changed the spark plug wires, and everything works perfectly. I later found out that aftermarket stupid ------- spark plug wires are ---- when it comes to FI.

sounds like boost cut

No, so it ended up being not plug gap, just the next ------- thing in line. Jesus ------- christ. Hey, its a ignition problem(we are guesing at plug gap cuz its easy, try that.)

---- you. I knew it was ignition, everybody suggested ignition, but nobody pointed to the plug wires. Everybody kept telling me to gap the plugs way lower than what my tuners recommended. I told them I didn't want to go lower and that it wasn't the plug gap, but nobody would listen.

I'll have one after April 16th. That's when I go back to my new tuner and get everything situated. This sounds really shitty, but I'm hopin to break that coveted 200whp mark, lol. With an otherwise stock Focus that makes less than 130 whp to begin with, I feel like I've accomplished something at least, lol.
