Default Capping an intake port?

So after collecting part for the past 7 years, I've finally installed the 14b turbo on my b18c. It starts, but it still need the down pipe, and it runs really rough. What I'm curious about is how are people capping the PVC port on the intake?

Also does any one have a diagram for the vacuum lines with a turbo. I want to check and make sure I hooked things up right. Because i don't know what to do with the vacuum line for charcoal canister, (I want to keep it) do I just put some check valve on it?
