Can you make an adapter plate for a Saab T3 turbo to fit STD?

Default Can you make an adapter plate for a Saab T3 turbo to fit STD?
The outlet on the T3 looks really wide, is it still possible to make an adapter plate to bolt up to my STD D-series manifold?

yes, BMC racing in the classifieds can do it, he has some good *** products and are cheap too.
