most cases, one or two cylinders will test significantly lower than the rest.

you should test with solid 180-210 range on a d16, with it warm and at WOT. BBKA's d16 with 100K+ still tests 190psi in all 4, mine with about 8K tested 210psi in all 4.

Deviation between all 4 should be minimal, if they've got 30psi or more difference between any, thats not so good.

Probably not the best idea to run oil into the interior of the car. Just adjust your restrictor per StealthMode instructions, and you'll be good.

It's basically this...start with the restrictor wide open, and gradually close it down until the smoking stops.

sidenote - if you have to close it all the way before the smoking stops, it's prolly time for a rebuilt turbo. (just kidding, never close it all the way)

what if your return line is a lil too long? mine kinda goes down below the drain fitting on the pan...is it ok to just leave it, or should i cut that bitch? only thing is its gonna be a hoe to get the oil return line off the turbo cuz the way its mounted...

It should be setup so it is downhill all the way to the oil pan, otherwise oil can puddle in the line and cause restriction and smoking...
