Can not find the hf/std manifold

Default Can not find the hf/std manifold
From what I have gathered so far the hf crx and the 4 speed std civic where not made in canada, neither was the cx civic. Is this correct or wrong?

not sure but after that tuner mag came out showing them off they have been getting pretty rare.
