i got a d16z6 sohc vtec with just skunk 2 cams in it...besides da intake and headers that dont matter because im going to install a turbo this week. i also got full exhaust piping in it.... str8 pipe.
i was wondering if i can run my turbo at 3-4psi meanwhile i find some 450cc injectors and a walbro 255 fuel pump.
Huh?/
if anybody is selling 450cc injectors and a walbro 255 fuel pump get at me fasssst!! and with a price
ps. i will only be boostin 3-4 psi mean while i get a hold of the injectors and pump then i will be chipping my p28 and street tuning my civic

why dont you just wait till you get the injectors and pump. if your turbo is internally gated then i dont think you can only run 3 psi the lowest you can boost on an internally gated turbo is what the wasegate is. and if it is extrenaly wastegated then why would you even bother buying a 3psii spring just to up the boost later

no well see i want to get the turbo in already so i dont have to deal with that later and because the buddy of mine that is going to help is only off 1nce a week and thats why i im going to install it the week and also becuase i wont be able to buy the injectors right now because i got 4 speeding tcikets to pay off... 150 each.
and to lower my boost to like 3 psi i also am going to pick up a manual boost controller when igo pick up my turbo kit on monday.

ok well a manual boost controller cant make a lower the boost of the wastegate from what it is set at it can only raise it. to lower it you need a external waste gate or a newspring for your external wastegate becuase4 as far as i know there is no turbo that is internally gated at 3psi

2nd: you cant turn the boost down with a boost controller, only up.
3rd: just unhook the wg actuator so the flapper stays open and you dont boost at all

the turbo automatically sets itself at 5-8 psi, installing the controller i have the option to lower it or boost it up more.
