Just finished up to get it out of the garage, not completely done gonna finish grinding down some welds and then paint the charge piping and mani so they look decent and i have a coolant leak on the back of the bock, think its the o ring on the thermo housing...but took her for a spin and damn she pulls hard

because after a few weeks you will turn it up bit by bit ubtill you blow and build then runn 20+ happily

 

Ha ha so true...I plan to turn it up till I hit 280hp atleast hopeing for 300 but I don't think i will make it but we will see

 

I had a stock engine with 10psi last week, this week I have a crx with a biggerturbo on a diff engine with no engine in the car because I wanted a bit mor(and fogot the watgate line and boosted 30ish psi). it felt nice but like i said u cant run 9 psi

 

I basemapped my LS to 11psi on a 48/60 and lit it up. She had 235k miles on her too. Tuning? Niggezukrazee?

 

nicely done man! keep us posted on how she rips after its tuned

 

And that same LS made it from Minneapolis to St.Louis on that basemap. Good shizzzle.

Solid work Matt!! I think when I get my 2.5 bar map I'm gonna turn up my boost too.

 

Thanks guys she rips real hard at 9psi the turbo just unlaods at around 4500-5000rpms I can't wait to turn up the boost but I have a few more things to do and gotta get here tuned, I plan to run as much boost as i can trying to hit 300hp or as close as I can
