i think all the b series cam gears are the same, i know when i put my new headgasket on the b16 somone dropped one of the cam gears and chipped a tooth so i used a ls gear.... everything was the same....

yes, all b series cam gears are the same, as far as cams, gsr cams do much better than b16 cams, especially auto b16 cams, and especially for boost. as far as the gsr and b16 cams, the lift is pretty much the same, but i believe the gsr cams have a longer duration, and yes, a lot of people have gained power from switching from b16 to gsr cams.
